Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bagee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the bagee platform at bagee.bio, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bagee platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and bagee relating to your use of the platform, whether written or oral.

Eligibility

To register and use the bagee platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while you hold an active bagee account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time through the KYC verification process.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform. Use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or business entity. Accounts must be held in your own name and used exclusively by you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of bagee or its software providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from bagee or any affiliated platform.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active bagee account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same bKash number, the same Nagad account, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that player will be suspended and any bonus winnings will be voided.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. bagee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must notify bagee immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. Contact support at [email protected].
• bagee reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where fraud, breach of these Terms, or suspicious activity is suspected.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing any withdrawal request or when otherwise deemed necessary by bagee. Accepted documents include national identity card, passport, and utility bills issued within the preceding three months. All documents must clearly show your name and must match your registered account information exactly.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bagee accepts deposits exclusively through approved payment methods, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other local bank transfer services available in Bangladesh. bagee does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made below this threshold may not be credited and will be returned to the originating account.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. bagee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other persons, or payment accounts not registered in the player's own name.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 3 business days for local bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount and any daily or weekly withdrawal caps are as published in the bagee platform at the time of the request.
• bagee reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct is suspected. Any such delay will be communicated to you within a reasonable timeframe.

All transactions on bagee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where currency conversion is involved in any payment method, the applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction will apply. bagee is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or charges applied by your payment provider.

Bonuses and Promotions

bagee offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. bagee reserves the right to withhold or withdraw any bonus where the eligibility criteria have not been met.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, false information, or exploitation of technical errors — will be voided. Any winnings derived from such bonuses will also be voided and the player's account will be subject to suspension.
• bagee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected immediately on the bagee platform.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will have a fixed per-spin value and may be restricted to specific games. Unused free spins expire at the time stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bagee platform. bagee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the following, and to void all associated winnings:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems of any kind to interact with the bagee platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent platform controls.
• Colluding with other players, third parties, or bagee employees to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to move funds between parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or during any support interaction with bagee.

bagee cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bagee will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and will preserve all relevant account data and transaction records as required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bagee platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of bagee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bagee platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bagee platform without bagee's express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bagee's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bagee's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to bagee in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bagee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.
• bagee does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside bagee's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bagee's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where limitation or exclusion of liability is not permitted under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

bagee is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity in a healthy and controlled manner. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap from their account settings at any time.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which bagee operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties in the first instance.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
